Continuing Medical Education This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit ™ by the Federation of State Medical Boards. The Federation of State Medicals Boards is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. In order to receive Continuing Medical Education credit, daily sign in at the conference, submission of the completed and signed Attendance Verification Form (available in the on-site registration packet) and full payment before May 15, 2020 are required. Cancellation Cancellations must be made in writing. Individuals who cancel before March 15, 2020 are entitled to a refund of their registration fees, less a $125 processing charge. FSMB Foundation Luncheon The FSMB Foundation Luncheon will be held Friday, May 1, 2020, at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, San Diego, California from Noon - 2:00 p.m. Space is limited and tickets are required. Tickets to this year’s Luncheon are $100 each with a portion of the purchase price being tax deductible. Opportunities to sponsor a table (tables of eight) are also available. Reservations must be received by April 20, 2020.
